PhytoMix for Women is a non-hormonal product with the intended purpose of supporting women’s physical and mental health during menopause and reducing the discomfort associated with its typical symptoms (hot flashes, increased perspiration, mood swings, insomnia, depression).
Lifenol is a standardized extract of hops that ensures the mixture is complete and keeps the active plant-based ingredients from breaking down. It contains stable concentrations of flavonoids, including the main active ingredient 8-PN, acts similar to estrogen (See additional information).
Flaxseed Lignan Complex (Linum usitatisimum) is well-recognized around the world as a functional food (is more health enhancing than its calorie-count would lead us to expect). Flaxseed is rich in α-linoleic acid, which is an essential fatty acid in the omega-3 group and in phytochemical substances such as lignans. Flaxseed provides extreme health benefits as a source of phytoestrogens.
Saffron (Crocus sativus) has shown promise as a plant-based treatment for depression, as well as for weight control. During menopause, serotonin levels fall alongside estrogen levels, which can lead to depression, anxiety and panic disorders. Moreover, during this time, subcutaneous fat is redistributed, and the problem of excess weight can become a really serious issue.
It contains the amino acid beta-alanine, Lifenol hops extract, flaxseed lignans and saffron extract.
PhytoMix is a safe and effective alternative to hormonal treatments.
Phytoestrogens, amino acids and antioxidants are exactly what a woman needs to supplement her diet and rebalance her body and mind during menopause.

PhytoMix for Women from Coral Club Main components
β-alanine is an amino acid that plays an important role in softening such symptoms as hot flashes, night sweats, and the blood pressure jumps and drops that women often suffer from during menopause. Taking β-alanine helps reduce the frequency and intensity of hot flashes, recalibrates the sleep-wake cycle and improves the mental and emotional states.
Although this amino acid is not essential in the diet as the body can synthesize it on its own, its levels fall with age, so supplementing with it β-alanine is the perfect solution.
The effectiveness of beta-alanine can be explained by the fact that the amino acid is involved in several mechanisms that control the body’s thermoregulatory system. Firstly, β-alanine directly affects the thermoregulatory centre, acting fast (hot flashes are eliminated in minutes). Moreover, one component of it, carnosine, helps to stabilize the metabolism and gradually re-calibrate the body’s internal thermostat.
β-alanine is also necessary for the synthesis of pantothenic acid (vitamin B5). It is necessary for the synthesis of coenzyme A, involved in many biochemical processes. Thanks to the accumulation of carnosine and pantothenic acid in the body, the processes of energy generation and consumption are optimized, and that also has a positive effect on thermoregulatory processes.
Surveys have shown that taking β-alanine is an effective and safe alternative to hormone replacement therapy. While readjusting a woman’s physiological and emotional state, it causes no side effects.
Hop cones extract has a calming effect on the central nervous system, helps to reduce irritability, head aches, as well as improve the mood and sleep. Due to phytoestrogens, it aids in correcting the menstrual cycle, sexual activity and helps the synthesis of female hormones.
Lifenol ® is a high-quality, standardized extract made of hop cones, and one of the main natural sources of phytoestrogens, developed by the company Naturex (France).
Hop cones contain phytoestrogen 8-PN (8-prenylnaringenin). Experiments have shown that 8-PN effectively regulates the activity of the endocrine system even when estrogen levels have fallen in the body, something that happens during menopause.
8-prenylnaringenin (8-PN) is one of the most effective phytoestrogens; its beneficial effects on the health have been well studied, clinically proven and written about in detail in scientific works. This ingredient is what gives the hops its estrogen and antioxidant effects, making it a great choice for women during menopause.
Clinical research has confirmed that it takes only six weeks after taking the extract to reduce some of the main symptoms of menopause by half: hot flashes become less frequent and the emotional state becomes more stable, and night sweats become less intense.
On the whole, women taking Lifenol notice that their quality of life changes dramatically
Flaxseeds are one of the richest sources of lignans that have hormone-like activity. Lignans help to compensate the lack of female hormones in the body and to support the health of the lacteal glands.
Flaxseed are rich in α-linoleic acid (an essential fatty acid in the omega-3 group) and phytochemical substances such as lignans. Flaxseed provides extreme health benefits as a source of phytoestrogens, which is especially important for women. Research has shown that phytoestrogens contained in flaxseed have the added benefit of containing additional components such as omega-3 fatty acid, which gives tangible relief from menopause symptoms. When we take Phytomix that contains flax lignans, our gut bacteria convert them into substances that are structurally similar to estrogen such as enterodiol and enterolactone.
When estrogen levels in the body are low (the norm during menopause), the lignans behave like weak estrogen and help to reduce the discomfort associated with the transition.
However, if a woman’s own estrogen levels are too high, the lignans block the surplus by binding to the estrogen receptors. Thanks to this quality, lignans help to reduce the risk of hormone-dependent tumors developing as a result of the surplus of estrogen activity.
Moreover, lignans help to protect the body from free radicals (their effect is comparable to that of Vitamin E, a power antioxidant). Thus, they help to prevent premature aging.
Saffron herb extract contains crocin and safranal - unique antioxidant and anti-stress components that improve the emotional state.
Saffron has unique medicinal qualities. It is the most expensive spice in the world, and the only one that has remained at the same high price since the middle ages, when a pound of saffron could be traded for an Arabian horse. In the orient, it was referred to as red gold. The high price of saffron can be explained by two things. First of all, its production is very labour intensive, and secondly, its aroma, flavour and medicinal qualities are unparalleled in the world of seasonings. Saffron is the dehydrated stigmas off the pistils of a crocus (Crocus sativus), that blooms en masse for only 10-15 days per year, while each individual blossom blooms for only 2-3 days. The flowers are collected and the pistils processed by hand only. The stigmas must be cut out at dawn on the first day of blooming. The quality of saffron depends on the speed at which it was gathered and dried. 80,000 to 150,000 flowers must be processed to get but a kilogram of saffron!
Saffron stigma extract exhibits an accentuated antidepressant effect thanks to its ability to normalize serotonin in the brain. It is well-known that women during menopause often experience melancholy, indifference toward life and difficulty concentrating. These emotional disturbances are caused by reduced estrogen levels, in tandem with which the levels of serotonin, the happy hormone, fall as well. Serotonin has effects on important psychological and physiological functions: mood, libido, cognitive abilities and memory, capacity for work, sleep patterns and appetite.
It has been proven that saffron extract has a positive effect on the mood, suppressing depression and making it difficult to overeat, and consequently reducing weight gain.
Saffron extract stimulates the central nervous system, releasing dopamine and serotonin and increasing their half-life in the brain, improving memory, concentration, overall vitality and the condition of the skin.
Has a positive effect on the hormonal balance of the woman’s body, soothes and helps to reduce the frequency of mood swings, depressions, insomnia.
